grind one onion, half spoon chilly powder, turmeric, half spoon garam masala, three green chilly, ginger garlic, jeera without adding water
soak basumati rice
cut potato into one inch dice and fry in oil with turmeric and salt. keep aside
heat two spoon oil add shah jeera, jeera, tej patta, somp, cinnamon and cloves
add ground masala and saute
add fried potato and saute
add curds and saute till oil oizes out
now add basumathi rice, salt, one and half cup water and cook on slow flametill done
add ghee and mix
serve hot with pudina raita
