Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Paneer 200 gm


  • Onion 2 big


  • Capsicum 1 big


  • Green chilly 3 no.


  • Ginger chopped


  • Garlic 10 cloves


  • Soya sauce 1/2 spoon


  • Tomato sauce 3 spoon


  • Chilly power 1 /2 spoon


  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp


  • Salt 3/4 spoon

Directions

  • First of all, boil the paneer and squeeze it.
  • Marinate the paneer with chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt then keep it aside for 10 minutes
  • Fry the paneer and keep aside
  • Heat the oil in a pan, and saute the ginger, garlic and green chilly.
  • Put the onion and capcicum in it and saute well
  • Put some chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt, soya sauce and tomato sauce. Mix them well
  • Add fried paneer to the gravy. Stir it and mix well
  • Serve it hot
