Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Paneer 200 gm

  • Onion 2 big

  • Capsicum 1 big

  • Green chilly 3 no.

  • Ginger chopped

  • Garlic 10 cloves

  • Soya sauce 1/2 spoon

  • Tomato sauce 3 spoon

  • Chilly power 1 /2 spoon

  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Salt 3/4 spoon

Directions

    First of all, boil the paneer and squeeze it.

    Marinate the paneer with chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt then keep it aside for 10 minutes

    Fry the paneer and keep aside

  • 04

    Heat the oil in a pan, and saute the ginger, garlic and green chilly.

    Put the onion and capcicum in it and saute well

  • 06

    Put some chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt, soya sauce and tomato sauce. Mix them well

    Add fried paneer to the gravy. Stir it and mix well

  • 08

    Serve it hot
