  • 3 potatos boiled nd peeld

  • 1/4 cup mozzrella cheese

  • 1 onion finally chopped

  • 2 green chilli finally chopped

  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves finally chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to tast

  • 1 carat peeled and graded

  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala

  • 1/2 teaspoon chat masala

  • 2 cup oil for frying

  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder


  • First peeled boiled potatoes and grated it.
  • Add finally chopped onion grated carrot . Add finally chopped green chilli, add chopped coriander
  • Add all spices like chilli powder, chaat masala salt , Now mix it well make dough our of It
  • Divide the dough in equal size balls and flatten the balls , Add 1 tbsp mozzarella cheese in between the balls
  • Sealed it well and give it cylinder shape.We make all potatoes cheese cylinder like .
  • Heat oil in a pan fry these cylinder in medium flame till golden brown in color.
  • Serve hot and enjoy oozing molten cheese in tasty yummy potatoes cheese cylinder.
