Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups suji


  • 2 tsp cornflour


  • 1/2 tsp dhaniya powder


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp amchur


  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder


  • 2 nos green chilli


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 2 nos medium sized aloo boiled


  • 1 nos handful coriander


  • 1 pinch hing

Directions

  • Mash aloo with salt then add suji cornflour.
  • Then add Dhaniya powder jeera powder garam masala salt to taste hing and mix well.
  • Add the green chilli and coriander and mix well
  • Make a soft dough if need just sprinkle water..
  • Roll the roti on butter paper with oil or wet hands to flatten then add it to the hot tawa and cook on both sides with ghee or oil
