Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Suji 1 cups

  • Cornflour 2 tsp

  • Dhaniya powder 1/2 tsp

  • garam masala 1/2 tsp

  • amchur 1/2 tsp

  • jeera powder 1/2 tsp

  • green chilli 2 nos

  • Salt to taste 1 tsp

  • medium sized aloo boiled 2 nos

  • handful coriander 1 nos

  • hing 1 pinch

Directions

    Mash aloo with salt then add suji cornflour.

    Then add Dhaniya powder jeera powder garam masala salt to taste hing and mix well.

  • 03

    Add the green chilli and coriander and mix well

  • 04

    Make a soft dough if need just sprinkle water..

  • 05

    Roll the roti on butter paper with oil or wet hands to flatten then add it to the hot tawa and cook on both sides with ghee or oil
