Peel wash the potatoes.keep in water.
scoop out the insides of the
Heat oil in a pan and fry potatoes till golden.fry scooped potatoes also.
Drain extra oil by napkin.
For the stuffing, put the cottage cheese into a bowl. Add salt, the chaat masala, remaining fresh coriander, green chilies kaju,rasinis and chopped & roasted potato slices. Mix well.. Set aside.
Mix the ingredients meant for the marinade with the whisked yogurt and set aside.
Stuff the potato with the cottage cheese mixture.
Apply marinade around potatoes cover all sides.
Leave it fir 1/2an hour.
Grease a baking tray. Arrange the stuffed potatoes on the baking tray and bake for 15-20minutes.
Flip other side and apply little oil.
Bake another 5 minutes or
bake for 15-20minutes.
