Peel the boiled potatoes and dice them.
Finely chop the green chillis and green coriander.
In a pan add oil and heat.
Now add all rhe dry spices and green chilli s and roast well. Don't add salt.
Add the diced potatoes and salt.
Mix well all the items.
Cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
After 10 minutes turn off the flame and mix green coriander. Cover the lid for 2 minutes.
Ready to serve with roti or Paratha.
