Use boiled and peel off potato, slightly mashed. Take a pan or kadhai, add 2 tbsp oil for heat. • When oil is heat,then add musterd sees,curry patta,sliced green chilli,hing and sliced onion. Fry it. • When onion is pinkish in colour,add ¼ tsp turmeric powder mix well. Add boiled mashed potato and salt. Mix it well. •Dosa potato is ready for filling.
