Ingredients

Serves 6

  • 5 Big potatoes

  • 1 Tablespoon salt

  • 1 Tablespoon red chilly powder

  • 2-3 Green chillies

  • 1 Tablespoon garam masala

  • 1 Tablespoon jeera powder

  • 1 Tablespoon Coriander powder

  • 1 Cup oil

  • 1 Bunch finely chopped coriander

  • 1 Cup bread crumbs

  • 6-7 Tablespoon conflour

  • 4-5 Tablespoon water

Directions

    Boil and peel potatoes and mash them slightly

  • 02

    Add cumin powder, jeera powder, coriander powder, salt, red chilly powder, green chillies and mix them well

  • 03

    In a bowl add conflour, salt and mix with water make sure it has running consistency

  • 04

    Make balls from potato mixture and dip in conflour slury and roll them in bread crumbs

  • 05

    In a vok heat oil for deep fryi ng slowly drop balls and fry them till they turn golden brown

  • 06

    Transfer them into a serving plate garnish with coriander and serve with tomato ketchup
