Firstly peel the potatoes and grate/ mash them finely.
Finely chop green chillis.
In a kneading plate add wheat flour, potatoes, chillis and all the dry spices.
Add 2 tbsp oil and mix well.
Knead a soft dough like paratha with little use of water.
Keep it aside for 10 minutes abd cover with a wet cloth.
After 10 minutes make small balls with dough.
In a kadhayi or heat oil for frying.
Roll them with rolling pin. It shold be little bit thick
Drop it in hot oil.
With a spatula press gently so that it can be round and fluppy.
Fry till golden brown.
Serve hot with dahi, sabzi, chutney, tea or as per your choice.
