Peel the potatoes and chop them. Finely chop the green chillis as well.
Heat oil in a cooker and add cumin seeds, asafotida, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder. Roast well on medium flame.
Now add chopped potatoes, green chillis, salt and 2 glass of water.
Cover the lid and wait for a whistle. Turn off the flame.
After releasing the Pressure completely mix the green coriander and cover for 2 minutes again.
After 2 minutes ready to serve. You can enjoy it with Poori, Paratha, Roti as well.
