Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 medium size potatoes


  • 4 green chillis


  • 2 spoon coriander


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 2 pinch asafotida


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1.5 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp chilli powder

Directions

  • Peel the potatoes and chop them. Finely chop the green chillis as well.
  • Heat oil in a cooker and add cumin seeds, asafotida, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder. Roast well on medium flame.
  • Now add chopped potatoes, green chillis, salt and 2 glass of water.
  • Cover the lid and wait for a whistle. Turn off the flame.
  • After releasing the Pressure completely mix the green coriander and cover for 2 minutes again.
  • After 2 minutes ready to serve. You can enjoy it with Poori, Paratha, Roti as well.
