In a bowl add water, peel potatoes and slice them you can use grater or knife
Add these sliced potatoes in water to avoid change in colour
In other bowl add senagapindi, salt, red chilly powder, ingua, baking soda, vaamu mix verything well with water
Adjut consistency of water neither too thick nor flowing consistency
Set aside for 10 to 15 min meanwhile place oil for deep frying
Now take potato slices and dip in mixture and allow excess mixture to flow off and slowly drop in oil
Fry till golden brown and serve hot
