In a bowl take water, peel potatoes and cut them into small cubes and transfer into water filled bowl
potatoes is one such vegetable which turn black if not soaked in water and by soaking in water fry turns crispy
later transfer these potatoes into perforated plate so that all water is drained off
Now in a pan add oil for deep frying and let it heat, now transfer these potatoes slowly into oil
Maintain sim to medium heat and fry potatoes till golden brown
now turn off flame and remove excess oil now add salt and red chilly powder and saute in that hot pan
this heat is enough if you turn on flame red chilly powder may burn
Finally add jeera powder and saute and serve with rice or you can have them directly
