Heat oil in cooker and add mustard and bay leaf.
When it pops add ginger garlic paste.
Add onion n wait till it turns soft
Add tomato and saute till it turns mushy
Add salt, turmeric and red chilly powder. Mix it well.
Add soya chunks and potato and saute for a minute
Wash and drain rice and add it in cooker. Mix well
Add 2 cup water i.e almost double the quantity of rice and cook it on low flame for 3 whistles.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
