Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Potatoes 6 boiled

  • Paneer 1 tbsp grated

  • Green peas boiled 1/2 cup

  • Ginger garlic grated 1 tsp

  • Carrot 1 grated

  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Onion 2

  • Chaat masala 1 tsp

  • Garam masala 1 tsp

  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • Green chilli 3

  • Coriander leaves 1/2 cup

  • Bread crumbs of 3 breads

  • All purpose flour 1 tbsp

Directions

    Boil potatoes and peas

  • 02

    Grate onion ginger garlic carrot

  • 03

    Chop green chilli and coriander leaves

  • 04

    Make fresh bread crumbs of bread

    Mash boiled potatoes peas.grate paneer

  • 06

    Add grated and chopped vegetables

  • 07

    Add salt all spices

  • 08

    Make cutlet of any desired shape

    Make a paste of all purpose flour in water

    Dip cutlets in paste

  • 11

    Coat it with bread crumbs

  • 12

    Shallow fry in oil over hot tawa

    Delicious cutlet ready to be served
