Heat the oil in the pan and add cumin seeds, sabut lal mirch and kari leaves
add chopped potatoes, or lightly mash them with hands.
Now add coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, kasoori fenugreek, salt, asafoetida, red chilli powder, fry well in the low flame for about 5 minutes. Add equal amount of water to the curd and garnish well (remove the curd from the fridge Keep aside, curd can be broken by adding cold curd directly.)
Now add little water to the potato and boil for 2 minutes
and then running it with spoon, we have to curd it. Now just stop the flame if it comes to boil 1 to 2 in this
Put coriander leaves
and serve it with roti, puri, paratha. I add sugar to the natural sweetness of the vegetable ..... These are optional.
