Ingredients

  • 2 nos medium sized boiled aloo


  • 10 nos pani puri (puri)


  • 1/2 cups sev


  • 1/2 cups green chutney


  • 1/2 sprig for green chutney:coriander


  • 1/2 sprig pudina


  • 1/2 tsp tamarind paste


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 2 nos green chili


  • 1/2 cups sweet chutney


  • 1 cups for sweet chutney:tamarind paste


  • 1 tsp jaggery


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 2 tsp dates paste


  • 1 cups brown chana soaked and boiled


  • 2 nos onion medium sized cut


  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp amchur powder


  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1 nos for fruit salad:pear


  • 1 nos guava


  • 1 tsp honey


  • 1/2 tsp lemon


  • 1 pinch salt

Directions

  • For stuffing first mash the boiled potatoes add salt chilli powder amchur jeera powder and mix well then to it add onions and mix well. Now make a well by pressing the puri in the centre and put the aloo stuffing in it. Now over this add green chutney sweet chutney and garnish with Sev and serve.
  • For green chutney method is : Grind washed and cleaned coriander and pudina with tamarind salt and green chilli with half teaspoon sugar .Sugar allows to maintain the green colour .
  • For sweet chutney boil together tamarind jaggery pinch of salt red chilli powder saunf and dates till its little thick.
  • Fruit salad. Cut the fruits add pinch of salt then the honey squeeze lemon and serve.
