Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 cup semolina

  • 1/2 cup curd

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 chopped onions

  • 2 chopped green chilly

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 cup granted beetroot

  • 2 tsp oil

Directions

    Take a bowl add semolina ,onion,grated beetroot,salt,red chilly mix together

  • 02

    add curd and water and make a batter as dosa batter consistency

  • 03

    Heat a appam pan put oil on each holes then put appam batter

  • 04

    Fry on both sides in a medium flame

  • 05

    Then its ready to eat with coconut chutney
