Ingredients

  • For wrap 1cup oat flour

  • 1/2cup wheat flour

  • 1/2 table spoon Sunflower seeds

  • 1/2 table spoon flax seeds

  • 1 tea spoon olive oil

  • 1/4tea spoon salt as per taste

  • For white creamy feeling 1 cup cooked qunioa

  • 2 table spoon cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup ice burg lettuce

  • 1 avocado sliced (peeled and deseded

  • 1 apple sliced

  • 1/2 tea spoon mixed herb seasoning

  • 1 ripe mango sliced

  • For spicy feeling 1 cup red yellow, orange long sliced

  • 1 cup sweet corn

  • 1/2 cup spinach

  • 1/2 cup violet cabbage

  • 2 chopped green chilli

  • 1/2 table spoon butter

  • 1 tea spoon Salt as per taste

  • 1table spoon tometo sauce

  • 1/4 tea spoon red chilli powder

  • 1/4 mixed herb seasoning

  • 1 table spoon green chutney

  • 1 table spoon olive oil

Directions

    For 1 take bowl add 1cup oat flour 1/2cup wheat flour, 1/2 table spoon Sunflower seeds,1/2 table spoon flax seeds, 1 tea spoon olive oil and salt as per taste add water and make soft dough.

    Preparation of creamy avocado quinoa feeling Add cooked quinoa, 2 table spoon cream cheese and mix well 1/2 cup ice burg lettuce 1 avocado sliced (peeled and deseded) 1 apple sliced 1/2 tea spoon mixed herb seasoning 1 ripe mango sliced creamy ingredients  to a bowl and stir to combine.

    Preparation of spicy feeling Take shot nonstick pan butter or olive oil and stir fry all the spicy ingredients list material for 3to4 minutes mix well your spicy veggie feeling is ready

    Make small lemon size ball than make flat roti (wraps )help of rolling pin Take hot nonstick pan and stew the wraps both the side.  With butter

    Lay out wrap.Add a layer of green chutney than layer of creamy feeling ,than layer of spicy feeling leaves to the wrape.Fold bottom ends in first.Roll wrap up and slice in half.
