Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Soya nuggets 1 cup boiled


  • For marinara sauce 1 cup


  • 2 tablespoon olive oil


  • 1 chopped onion


  • 2 large peeled garlic chopped


  • 5 big tomatoes


  • 1 cup tomato puree


  • 1Tablespoon tomato sauce


  • 1 tbsp oregano seasoning


  • 1 tablespoon red chilli flakes


  • Salt 1/4 teaspoon


  • For 8 Soya Dolma


  • 1 big cabbage


  • 1 cup boiled Soya granules


  • 1 cup boiled short grain rice


  • 1/2 cup grated carrot


  • 1 onion finely chopped


  • 2 finally chopped spring onion


  • ,8 Threads of spring onion


  • 2 green chilli chopped


  • 1 cup marinara sauce


  • 1 tbsp Chili flakes


  • Salt1/2 teaspoon

Directions

  • Blanch tomatoes
  • Peel tomatoes
  • Grind them in the grinder and make a smooth Puri and keep aside
  • Add olive oil in a thick bottom pan
  • Add garlic and Saute for 1 minute
  • Add onion and Saute for 2 to 3 minutes
  • Now add puree tomatoes
  • And oregano Chilli flakes and salt
  • Cook for 10 minutes on low flame keep aside for later use
  • For Dolma
  • Cut cabbage head carefully
  • Boil cabbage in a DIP and in salted water
  • Put it in the cold water to remain colour
  • Take out for big cabbage leaves from the cabbage head
  • Take a big Bowl
  • Add rise Soya granules onion spring onion carrot salt Chili flakes and 2 tablespoon marinara sauce
  • Mix well add salt oregano Chilli flakes
  • Now spread a cabbage leaf
  • Place to tablespoon Soya Rice mixture on it
  • Now roll is tightly like spring roll
  • Make all cabbage rolls like this
  • Tie them with spring onion threads
  • Now steam all roles for 15 to 20 minutes
  • Now now take out them and serve them hot with marinara sauce
