Blanch tomatoes
Peel tomatoes
Grind them in the grinder and make a smooth Puri and keep aside
Add olive oil in a thick bottom pan
Add garlic and Saute for 1 minute
Add onion and Saute for 2 to 3 minutes
Now add puree tomatoes
And oregano Chilli flakes and salt
Cook for 10 minutes on low flame keep aside for later use
For Dolma
Cut cabbage head carefully
Boil cabbage in a DIP and in salted water
Put it in the cold water to remain colour
Take out for big cabbage leaves from the cabbage head
Take a big Bowl
Add rise Soya granules onion spring onion carrot salt Chili flakes and 2 tablespoon marinara sauce
Mix well add salt oregano Chilli flakes
Now spread a cabbage leaf
Place to tablespoon Soya Rice mixture on it
Now roll is tightly like spring roll
Make all cabbage rolls like this
Tie them with spring onion threads
Now steam all roles for 15 to 20 minutes
Now now take out them and serve them hot with marinara sauce
