Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Riped Jackfruit 1/4 of medium size


  • Grated coconut 1.5 cup


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seed


  • 3 garlic


  • 2 green chillies chopped


  • 1tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 spring curry leaves


  • 1 tbsp coconut oil


  • 1.5 tsp salt


  • 4 tortilla

Directions

  • Boil the chopped jackfruit with enough water, few curry leaves and salt. Cover and cook until done, stirring in between.
  • Grind the coconut, turmeric powder, green chillies, garlic and cumin seeds to a coarse mixture. 
  • When the jackfruit is done, add the ground coconut mixture and let it cook for a few minutes. Taste-check for salt. Switch off. 
  • Add a  few curry leaves and a tbsp of coconut oil.
  • Take a pan , grease it with coconut oil, take tortilla and cook it on book sides on a non stick tawa.
  • Spread this jackfruit curry evenly and roll it.
