Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Riped Jackfruit 1/4 of medium size

  • Grated coconut 1.5 cup

  • 1/2 tsp cumin seed

  • 3 garlic

  • 2 green chillies chopped

  • 1tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 spring curry leaves

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1.5 tsp salt

  • 4 tortilla

Directions

    Boil the chopped jackfruit with enough water, few curry leaves and salt. Cover and cook until done, stirring in between.

    Grind the coconut, turmeric powder, green chillies, garlic and cumin seeds to a coarse mixture.

    When the jackfruit is done, add the ground coconut mixture and let it cook for a few minutes. Taste-check for salt. Switch off.

    Add a  few curry leaves and a tbsp of coconut oil.

  • 05

    Take a pan , grease it with coconut oil, take tortilla and cook it on book sides on a non stick tawa.

  • 06

    Spread this jackfruit curry evenly and roll it.
