Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 paratha or tortilla


  • 1 cup ripe jackfruit


  • 3 tbsp jaggary or as required


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tsp ghee

Directions

  • Take jackfruit and grind to make fine paste.
  • Heat a pan and add pulp and jaggary.
  • Stir till it blends together.
  • Add pinch of salt.
  • When it becomes thick remove it in a bowl.
  • In same pan add ghee and cook tortilla . Cook it on both sides.
  • Spread the thick pulp on tortilla and roll it.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your roll :)
