Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1 paratha or tortilla

  • 1 cup ripe jackfruit

  • 3 tbsp jaggary or as required

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 tsp ghee

Directions

    Take jackfruit and grind to make fine paste.

    Heat a pan and add pulp and jaggary.

  • 03

    Stir till it blends together.

  • 04

    Add pinch of salt.

  • 05

    When it becomes thick remove it in a bowl.

  • 06

    In same pan add ghee and cook tortilla . Cook it on both sides.

    Spread the thick pulp on tortilla and roll it.

  • 08

    Serve hot and enjoy your roll :)
