Ingredients

  • 1 big spoon chopped capsicum, gajar, cabbage, cauliflower, green matar

  • 3 cup oil for deep fry

  • 1 small spoon turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chat masala, garam masala, salt

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1 small spoon ginger garlic paste

  • 1 cup besan

  • 1 cup atta

Directions

    In a pan add oil add chopped onions n satue add ginger garlic paste n satue add all chopped vegetables n fry add salt n fry till vegetables soften now add all dry masala n fry till golden

    Make smooth bater of Atta by adding some salt,

    In a dosa tawa spread some oil and make a dosa of Atta bater

  • 04

    Now spread the dosa in a plate make roll of this dosa by adding some fried vegetables

  • 05

    Rolled it out n cut into finger shape

  • 06

    Now make the batter of besan n deep the dosa fingure in it

  • 07

    Deep fry till golden
