In a pan add oil add chopped onions n satue add ginger garlic paste n satue add all chopped vegetables n fry add salt n fry till vegetables soften now add all dry masala n fry till golden

In a dosa tawa spread some oil and make a dosa of Atta bater
Now spread the dosa in a plate make roll of this dosa by adding some fried vegetables
Rolled it out n cut into finger shape
Now make the batter of besan n deep the dosa fingure in it
Deep fry till golden
