Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Fish 1 kg


  • shallots 5 nos chopped


  • Curry leaves 8-10 nos


  • Coconut 1 nos


  • Chilli powder 1 tsp


  • Drumsticks 2 nos


  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp


  • coconut oil 2tbs


  • 1 tsp salt or as required

Directions

  • Take a jar add coconut, green chillies, turmeric powder, chilly powder, shallots and grind well.
  • Heat oil in a clay pot or nonstick pan
  • Add small onion, green chilly, ginger and curry leaves. Saute until golden brown.
  • Boil the water and add the paste to the water followed by fish and drumsticks.
  • Add coconut ground paste.
  • Add Salt accordingly
  • Keep it on flame for sometime
  • Turn off the heat sprinkle some coconut oil and add few curry leaves.
