Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
Add cabbage and chana dal.
Saute till it shrinks in size.
Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well.
When it separates oil close the switch.
Take the roti and heat it on both sides. you can apply ghee if you wish.
Apply mayonnese and ketchup on roti and add the cabbage mixture on it.
Sprinkle some pepper powder and parmesan cheese.
you can use any cheese but it is optional.
Roll the roti and serve it with any spicy chutney. I served it with spicy chilly and peanut chutney.
