Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1 tortilla or wholewheat paratha


  • 2 eggs


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 strand of coriander leaf


  • 1 tsp green chilly paste


  • 1 tsp ghee

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan and mustard seeds.
  • Add green chilly paste and let the raw smell go off.
  • Add chopped onions and wait till onion turns brown.
  • Add salt, turmeric powder and coriander leaves.
  • Break eggs and separate yolks.
  • Add egg white in onion mixture and cook till it rises.
  • Remove the egg bhurji in a bowl and in same pan fry egg yolk in same oil.
  • Add ghee in a pan and cook tortilla on both sides.
  • Add egg bhurji in centre and add some chat masala on it.
  • Serve hot with fried egg yolks and ketchup.
