Heat oil in a pan and mustard seeds.
Add green chilly paste and let the raw smell go off.
Add chopped onions and wait till onion turns brown.
Add salt, turmeric powder and coriander leaves.
Break eggs and separate yolks.
Add egg white in onion mixture and cook till it rises.
Remove the egg bhurji in a bowl and in same pan fry egg yolk in same oil.
Add ghee in a pan and cook tortilla on both sides.
Add egg bhurji in centre and add some chat masala on it.
Serve hot with fried egg yolks and ketchup.
