Mix wheat flour,1 spoon salt,2 spoon oil and beetroot puree in a bowl
Knead a soft dough by adding water
Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes
Cut cottage cheese in long thick strips
Mix 1 spoon mixed herbs,1 spoon salt and 2 spoon oil into cottage cheese and keep aside for 10 minutes
Grill marinated cottage cheese from both sides in non stick grilling pan
Cut onion lengthwise
Cut cucumber into thin strips
Mix onion,cucumber,mayonnaise,tomato sauce and 1 spoon mixed herbs in a bowl
Devide the dough into 4 parts and roll into a thin circle
Slightly cook from both sides by applying butter on it
Keep on a plate and put 2 spoon of mayo mixture on it
Put 2-3 grilled cottage cheese pieces and roll tightly
Cook from all sides on non stick pan by applying little oil
Fold into a aluminum foil and Serve hot.
