Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 100g Lean beef mince


  • 1 tin mild and spicy Chakalaka


  • 200g sweet piquante peppers, chopped


  • 200g piquante pepper and garlic pasta sauce


  • 100g mushrooms


  • 2 1/2 onions


  • 4 medium tomatoes


  • 1 yellow pepper


  • 1 red pepper


  • 1 tsp butter


  • 1 squeeze lemon juice


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp tumeric


  • 1 tsp cayenne


  • 1 tsp brown onion powder


  • 1 tsp paprika


  • 2 tsp traditional curry powder


  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  • 2 tsp crushed garlic

Directions

  • Mix spices in plate
  • Add shredded mince, with butter and garlic to large pot to boil on high heat for 20 minutes
  • Chop all vegetables and mix in bowl whilst mince boils
  • Drink wine
  • When mince has boiled down to frying level, mix in veggies and squeeze of lemon juice, and fry for 30 minutes on medium heat. Stir occasionally
  • Drink wine again
  • When veggies are cooked in, add piquante pepper pasta sauce and stir for 1 minute. Turn off stove and leave to simmer until serving time.
