Ingredients

100g Lean beef mince
1 tin mild and spicy Chakalaka
200g sweet piquante peppers, chopped
200g piquante pepper and garlic pasta sauce
100g mushrooms
2 1/2 onions
4 medium tomatoes
1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper
1 tsp butter
1 squeeze lemon juice
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp tumeric
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp brown onion powder
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp traditional curry powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp crushed garlic
Directions
Mix spices in plate
Add shredded mince, with butter and garlic to large pot to boil on high heat for 20 minutes
Chop all vegetables and mix in bowl whilst mince boils
Drink wine
When mince has boiled down to frying level, mix in veggies and squeeze of lemon juice, and fry for 30 minutes on medium heat. Stir occasionally
Drink wine again
When veggies are cooked in, add piquante pepper pasta sauce and stir for 1 minute. Turn off stove and leave to simmer until serving time.
