First make lumpfree pourable batter by mixing both flours. Adjust seasoning adding salt and pepper.
Now make crepes of this liquid on non stick pan and keep aside to cool.
Now for stuffing, heat oil in a pan.
Add garlic and cook till crunchy. Now add onions & saute till becomes pinkish. Add tomatoes and cook till mushy.
Add all peppers , spices and paneer. Cook on high for 2 minutes and switch off the flame.
Keep stuffing aside to cool.
Now take 1 crepe. Spread schezwan sauce on it. Now stuff ready veggies stuffing in crepe and fold nicely from both sides.
Yummy, healthy, crunchy schezwan bell-pepper kathi rolls are ready to serve. Serve hot immediately.
