2 large onion chopped
2 dried red chilly chopped
200 grams maath bhaji chopped
1 tsp turmeric powder
4 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp mustard
Directions
Heat oil and add mustard seeds.
When it pops add onion and let it turn translucent
Add red chillies and seasonings.
Add the chopped amaranth leaves and saute till it leaves oil
Stir well and serve hot.
