Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 large onion chopped


  • 2 dried red chilly chopped


  • 200 grams maath bhaji chopped


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 4 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp mustard

Directions

  • Heat oil and add mustard seeds.
  • When it pops add onion and let it turn translucent
  • Add red chillies and seasonings.
  • Add the chopped amaranth leaves and saute till it leaves oil
  • Stir well and serve hot.
