Serves 3

  • 1/2 cup mixed vegetables I used safal forzen

  • 1 aloo cooked and mashed

  • 1/2 teaspoon jeera mustard and saunf

  • 1 medium onion

  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste

  • 1 pinch Hing

  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tsp chilli and Dhaniya powder

  • 1/2 cup Coriander

  • 5-6 Papad

  • 1/3 teaspoon salt or as per taste

  • 1 teaspoon of chopped raw mango or amchur

    Take a kadai add oil to it let it heat then add mustard jeera and saunf to it then add turmeric powder and sauté it for a while. Add chopped onions to it with the ginger garlic paste.Then add mixed veggies with salt and cook well. Add mashed aloo with the masala and cook well. Add chopped raw mango or amchur now.Garnish with coriander.

    Now take take one papad at a time dip it in water then make a paste of maida with water and apply it around the corner so that when you fold it, stuffing will not come out. Add the stuffing in the centre and seal it in moon shaped. You can either deep fry it or you can microwave on high for 1 min then shallow fry it. If microwaved it consumes less oil apt for people who are weight conscious. Garnish with coriander and serve with sauce.
