Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup maggi(boiled and drain excess water)

  • 1 tbsp carrot chopped

  • 1 tbsp tomato chopped

  • 1 tsp coriander leaves chopped

  • 1 tbsp onion chopped

  • 1 tsp green chilli chopped

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1/2 tspn salt(to taste)

  • 1 tbsp maggi masala

  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce

  • For salad: 1 tbsp onion chopped

  • 1 tbsp cucumber chopped

Directions

    Take a deep large bowl,add the eggs and beat it well.now add boiled maggi, chopped veggies ,salt and maggi masala mix all things together.

    Heat oil on a non-stick pan,pour the batter on the pan and spread this batter.

    Cook on a medium heat for 5-7 minutes,till golden brown and spot appear on both side,now omelette is ready.

    Now take the omelette on a plate,spread tomato sauce ,add chopped onion,cucumber chopped ,now gently roll the omelette slowly,secure the top with toothpick,so it stays intact.now Maggi Omelette Roll is ready.
