Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • ingredients to make tortilla - Oats 1/2 cup , Besan 1 /2 tablespoon


  • Cooked moong dal 2 tbspn


  • Salt 1/2 tspn


  • Chopped Green chilly. 1


  • Oregano 1/2 tspn


  • Water for mixing 1 tbspn


  • Oil for greasing 1/2 tspn


  • Stuffing ingredients : Paneer chopped in small pieces. 1 tbspn


  • Boiled corn kernels. 1/2 tbspn


  • Finely chopped deseeded tomato. 1/2 tbspn


  • Finely chopped onion. 1tbspn


  • Mixed herbs . 1/2 tspn


  • Salt & pepper according to taste

Directions

  • First mix all ingredients of tortilla and rest it for 5 minutes.
  • In the mean time mix salsa ingredients and keep aside.
  • Now heat non stick tawa and drizzle oil on it.
  • Spread tortilla mixture and roast on slow flame. When done from one side flip it and semi cook from other side too.
  • Now When its done spread tomato ketchup or any fresh homemade chutney and then stuff salsa as shown in pics.
  • Roll it tightly and cut in small bite size portions.
  • Yummy ,healthy and power packed oats-moong tortilla rolls are ready to relish.
  • It can be good option to carry in tiffin too.
