Ingredients

Serves 1

  • ingredients to make tortilla - Oats 1/2 cup , Besan 1 /2 tablespoon

  • Cooked moong dal 2 tbspn

  • Salt 1/2 tspn

  • Chopped Green chilly. 1

  • Oregano 1/2 tspn

  • Water for mixing 1 tbspn

  • Oil for greasing 1/2 tspn

  • Stuffing ingredients : Paneer chopped in small pieces. 1 tbspn

  • Boiled corn kernels. 1/2 tbspn

  • Finely chopped deseeded tomato. 1/2 tbspn

  • Finely chopped onion. 1tbspn

  • Mixed herbs . 1/2 tspn

  • Salt & pepper according to taste

Directions

    First mix all ingredients of tortilla and rest it for 5 minutes.

    In the mean time mix salsa ingredients and keep aside.

    Now heat non stick tawa and drizzle oil on it.

    Spread tortilla mixture and roast on slow flame. When done from one side flip it and semi cook from other side too.

    Now When its done spread tomato ketchup or any fresh homemade chutney and then stuff salsa as shown in pics.

    Roll it tightly and cut in small bite size portions.

    Yummy ,healthy and power packed oats-moong tortilla rolls are ready to relish.

    It can be good option to carry in tiffin too.
