  • Potato cheese roll Ingredients: - 4 potatoes boiled 2 spoons bread crumb Salt to taste 1 tsp all parpous flour 1 onion finely chopped 1/2 cup Corn 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste 3 cheese cube (kaddu kas) greated 1 teaspoon chat masala (optional) 1 -2 teaspoon chilli flakes 1 teaspoon origaeno Oil to fry

     Method :- Mix the whole ingredients , except cheese and prepare the dough, now make a circular round tikki with the hands and press it slightly in the middle with your finger. Now put in to greated cheese with good caution, shut it down properly Now add 2 spoons of flour to make a thin slurry Now stuffed potatoes in it and wrap it in bread crumbles, keep it set in refrigerator 3 to 5 minutes. Now heat oil in pan and make them one golden bottom Serve with sauce, sauce. 😊
