Ingredients

  • 6 rotis


  • 3 medium Aloo boiled peeled and mashed


  • 1small onion


  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon Amchur powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or as per taste


  • 1/2 teaspoon Chilli powder

Directions

  • To make tikki mix the mashed potatoes with all the masala and take a tawa grease it and make the potatoes into tikki shapes and on slow flame make it crisp from the outside. Cook on both sides.
  • Place one or two tikki sun the center of the roti and pin it up with a tooth pick.
  • Garnish with spring onions and sauce and serve.
