Baked Dark Chocolate Mango Spring Rolls

Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 large ripe mango


  • 6 tbsp or more Dark chocolate chips


  • 4 tbsp refined flour paste


  • 6 spring roll sheets


  • 2 tbsp melted butter


  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar to sprinkle


  • 2 tbsp chocolate sauce to drizzle

Directions

  • Peel and Slice mango lengthwise into 1 cm strips
  • Take spring roll sheets and place in diamond shape
  • Place 2 mango strips over sheet. Add dark chocolate chips on top. Adjust quantity of dark chocolate as per sweetness desired
  • Now fold the sheet like envelope from 3 sides. Spread flour paste on 4th side. Roll carefully and tightly and seal the edges
  • Place rolls on baking tray lined with greased baking paper with gap between them. brush tops with melted butter
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown
  • Allow to cool for 15 minutes. Remove from the tray and transfer to serving plate.
  • Drizzle with chocolate sauce/ Syrup. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top and serve
