Peel and Slice mango lengthwise into 1 cm strips
Take spring roll sheets and place in diamond shape
Place 2 mango strips over sheet. Add dark chocolate chips on top. Adjust quantity of dark chocolate as per sweetness desired
Now fold the sheet like envelope from 3 sides. Spread flour paste on 4th side. Roll carefully and tightly and seal the edges
Place rolls on baking tray lined with greased baking paper with gap between them. brush tops with melted butter
Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown
Allow to cool for 15 minutes. Remove from the tray and transfer to serving plate.
Drizzle with chocolate sauce/ Syrup. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top and serve
