Heat oil in a pan. Add onions, ginger garlic and saute over medium heat until onions are translucent
Add all spice powders and mix well. Saute for few seconds
Now add minced meat with 1/4 cup water and salt
Simmer cover and cook until meat is cooked. Keema should be dry else it will not be easy to fill in spring roll sheets
Add coriander leaves and mix well
Now place spring roll sheets in diamond shape. Place filling towards one side. Cover like envelope from 3 sides. Apply flour paste towards open end. Roll the sheet tightly and seal it completely
You can either bake or deep fry these rolls. I have deep fried it.
Deep fry until golden brown over medium heat. Drain excess oil over tissue paper
Serve warm with sauce or green chutney
