Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 250g minced mutton

  • 1 small to medium onion finely chopped

  • 4 garlic cloves minced

  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste

  • 3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

  • 2 teaspoon coriander powder

  • 1.5 teaspoon cumin powder

  • 1 teaspoon pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon fennel powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon chat masala

  • 1/4 teaspoon garam masala or meat masala

  • 1-2 tbsp oil

  • 10-11 Spring roll sheets

  • 4 tbsp flour paste for sealing

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add onions, ginger garlic and saute over medium heat until onions are translucent
  • Add all spice powders and mix well. Saute for few seconds
  • Now add minced meat with 1/4 cup water and salt
  • Simmer cover and cook until meat is cooked. Keema should be dry else it will not be easy to fill in spring roll sheets
  • Add coriander leaves and mix well
  • Now place spring roll sheets in diamond shape. Place filling towards one side. Cover like envelope from 3 sides. Apply flour paste towards open end. Roll the sheet tightly and seal it completely
  • You can either bake or deep fry these rolls. I have deep fried it.
  • Deep fry until golden brown over medium heat. Drain excess oil over tissue paper
  • Serve warm with sauce or green chutney
