Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 2 romali roti


  • 1/2 cup beans


  • 1/2 cup carrot


  • 1/2 cup peas


  • 1/2 cup aloo


  • 1 cup onions


  • 2 green chilli


  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon amchur


  • 1 teaspoon salt or as per taste


  • for Paneer tikka 1/4 cup panner


  • 1/2 cup onions


  • 1/2 teaspoon dhaniya powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder


  • 1 teaspoon curds


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala


  • for pickled onions 1/2 cup sliced onions


  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice


  • 1 sprinkle of salt

Directions

  • First for veggie roll
  • first add oil into a pan add turmeric powder
  • then add julienne if onions with pinch of salt and cook well with ginger garlic paste
  • then add green chilli and cook well
  • to this add all the other veggies with salt sprinkle water close it and cook till soft .
  • now take a romali roti put the stuffing on one corner then roll once to cover the stuffing then grab the sides and fold it vertically, then continue rolling the roti till the end.
  • for panner tikka roll.
  • First marinate the panner in curds with the dry masala.
  • then cook onions with salt and ginger garlic paste well, once cooked add the marinated panner with sprinkle of water close it and cook for two mins .
  • now take a roti roll like veggie roll.
  • serve with pickled onions, that’s sliced onions with lime juice and salt.
  • Serve both rolls hot.
