Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups blanched cauliflower


  • 2 table spoon corn flour


  • Chicken 65 masala


  • 1/4cup water


  • 1/2cup maida


  • 10 dry redchilli soaked in 1/2cup of hot water


  • 1tbsp chopped garlic


  • 1inch chopped ginger


  • 1tbsp Ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2tsp salt


  • 1tsp red chilli.powder


  • Maida 2 cups


  • 1tbsp oil for moyan


  • 4 tbsp oil for toasting kathis

Directions

  • Take a bowl
  • Add flour oil moyan and little salt .
  • Kneed with some water and make a smooth dough
  • Keep on rest for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile blanched gobhi in hot water.
  • Drain out all gobhi florists
  • Mix maida cornflour salt chicken 65 masala and red chilli powder ginger garlic paste and salt as per taste
  • Add 1/4cup water and make pakoda in hot oil
  • Drain out .
  • Heat 1 table spoon oil in another pan
  • Add onion garlic soute it .
  • Grind soaked red chillies ginger garlic make a paste
  • Add this red paste in onion and garlic with gobhi pakoda
  • Soute for 2 minutes .
  • Take it out .
  • Make chapati from the dough
  • Toast with some oil both sides.
  • Apply some shezwan sauce and add 2 table spoon gobhi 65 over the chapati
  • Fold it tightly .
  • Serve hot
