Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Crabs 6nos


  • Dry coconut grated 1 cup


  • Fennel seeds and khas khas 1tsp


  • Onion 1nos


  • Tomato 1 nos


  • Whole red chillies 3 to 4 nos


  • Whole garam masala i.e clove,pepper,black elaichi 1nos and dalchini leave,whole dhaniya,1tspn each


  • Ground masala i.e haldi,red masala,salt 1tspn

Directions

  • Roast onion coconut fennels seeds khas khas and whole masalas and red chillies on tava till they changes colour( start with onion allow to be lil brown)
  • Grind the mixture in a mixie after it cools
  • In a kadhai heat oil n fry the ground masala adding the haldi n red chilli powder, tomatoes nd salt..fry the masala till releases the oil.
  • Add cleaned crabs and fry for 10 mins
  • Add water and allow to cook for next 10 mins and garnish with dhaniya
