  • Crabs 6nos

  • Dry coconut grated 1 cup

  • Fennel seeds and khas khas 1tsp

  • Onion 1nos

  • Tomato 1 nos

  • Whole red chillies 3 to 4 nos

  • Whole garam masala i.e clove,pepper,black elaichi 1nos and dalchini leave,whole dhaniya,1tspn each

  • Ground masala i.e haldi,red masala,salt 1tspn


  • 01

    Roast onion coconut fennels seeds khas khas and whole masalas and red chillies on tava till they changes colour( start with onion allow to be lil brown)

    Grind the mixture in a mixie after it cools

  • 03

    In a kadhai heat oil n fry the ground masala adding the haldi n red chilli powder, tomatoes nd salt..fry the masala till releases the oil.

    Add cleaned crabs and fry for 10 mins

  • 05

    Add water and allow to cook for next 10 mins and garnish with dhaniya
