Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • ingredients to knead dough : Multigrain Flour 1 cup


  • Milk 1/2 cup


  • Salt according to taste


  • Oil and water as per need


  • For kabab : Boiled colocasia(arvi) 200 grams


  • Soya granuals 1/2 cup


  • Boiled corn kernels 1/3 cup


  • Chat Masala 1 Teaspoon


  • Salt and chilly according to taste


  • Coriander leaves 1tablespoon


  • Oil for frying


  • Other ingredients : Hung curd 1 cup


  • Mint leaves 1/2tablespoon


  • Tomato sauce as per requirement


  • Grated Carrot 1 tablespoon


  • Finely chopped Onion 1 tablespoon


  • Finely chopped Capsicum 1 tablespoon


  • Boiled corn kernels 1/2 tablespoon


  • Black Olives. 1/2 tablespoon


  • Lettuce leaves as per need

Directions

  • First take all ingredients to knead dough, in a bowl and start kneading. Add little water at a time .knead it in a soft dough and keep aside for half an hour.
  • After half an hour make thin chapatis of the dough and roast lightly on both sides.when bubbles appear flip the side and cook .This way ready all chapatis to make wraps . Keep aside.
  • Kebab preparation: Dip soya granuals in warm water for 2 minutes and squeeze . Grind corn kernels .Add all kebab ingredients in a bowl except oil. Add grind corn kernels and soya granuals also.
  • Now mash colocasia with hands and keep mixing all mixture nicely . No lumps should be there.
  • Heat oil .Take a small part of the mixture and give cylindrical shape like a kabab.Deep fry on medium flame till crisp.Fry all kebabs and keep aside.
  • To make spread, first take hung curd and tomato sauce in a bowl and mix nicely.
  • Now add rest of the ingredients except lettuce leaves in it and mix very well. Spread is ready .
  • Now take a ready chapati .keep lettuce leaf. Spread yogurt mixture evenly on it. At last keep kabab and roll it tightly. Serve immediately.
  • Yummy, delicious, full of flavours and healthy wrap is ready to relish.
  • Serve immediately.
  • Kebabs,chapati and spread mixture can be made in advance. But assemble Wrap just before serving.
