Ingredients

  • Soaked rice 1/2cup


  • Water for boiling rice 1.2 cup


  • Milk 2 tbspn


  • Sugar According to taste


  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tspn


  • Wheat flour 2 tbspn


  • Coco powder 1tbspn


  • Baking powder 1 pinch


  • Oil for greasing


  • Thin Mango slices 1 cup

Directions

  • Boil rice with adding water and sugar till over-cooked and water evaporates completely…it should be sticky.
  • Add milk and few drops of vanilla essence. mix properly and let rice cool down. keep it aside.
  • Now in a bowl add flour, cocoa powder , sugar , a pinch of baking powder and water to make a thin batter. Now make thin crepes of this batter. keep aside.
  • Finally to assemble, spread cling film on a plate. First keep crepe on it.
  • Arrange medium thin layer of rice on it …dip your fingers in water to avoid sticking. On top arrange mango slices .
  • Roll carefully But tightly the cling film. Now keep ready cling film's in fridge for 20 minutes to set Now cut sushi rolls of 2 inches each with a very sharp knife.
  • Serve immediately.
