Green chillies 2
Olive oil 8 tbs
Sundried Methi saag 1/4 cup
Salt 1 tbs
Whole wheat flour 1/3 cup
Directions
Soaked methi saag for 30 minutes.
Cut into pieces all ingredients except oil,methi saag.
Take a bowl add half portion of flour 1 pinch salt.Add water make a soft dough.
Soaked methi saag make a paste ,add flour 1 pinch salt and water.
Make a soft dough.
Both dough join it like picture.
With the help of ball pin make a roti.
Take a tawa add roti,add oil,fried it.
Take a pan add oil ,onion ,tomato, garlic,green chillies salute it.
Add pieces eggs and salt.
Salute it for 8 minutes.
Remobe it.
Take a plate keep bi color paratha add fried eggs .
Roll it.And the lower portion roll with foil paper.
Garnishing with tpmato and chillies sauce serve hot Bi Color Roll Stuffed with Fried Eggs.
