Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiled chickpea (chana)


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tomoto puree


  • 1 onion


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 2 green chilli chopped


  • 2 chapati or paratha


  • 1 tsp garlic chutney


  • 1 tsp green chutney


  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped


  • 1 tbsp sprout (moong)


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tsp chana masala


  • 1/4 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  • In a pan heat oil,add cumin seeds,
  • Add 2 cloves,dry red chilli
  • Add ginger garlic paste
  • Fry for a minute
  • Now add boiled chickpea
  • Mash them with spoon
  • Add red chilli powder, coriander powder,salt,chana masala,garam masala,aamchur powder,chaat masala
  • Mix well cook until well combined
  • Garnish coriander leaves
  • Switch off flame
  • Take chapati or paratha
  • Spread both chutney, according to your taste
  • Apply all over
  • Now place chana
  • Spread chopped coriander leaves and sprouts,make roll
  • Decorate with sauce and chutney
