Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • Hard boiled eggs 4


  • Potatoes 3


  • Chopped onions 1


  • Chopped coriander 1/2cup


  • Chopped mint leaves 1/4th cup


  • Turmeric 1tsp


  • Coriander powder 2tsp


  • Cumin powder 2tsp


  • Lemon 1/2


  • Corn flour 2tbsp


  • Chickpeas flour 2tbsp


  • Bread crumbs 2 cups


  • Ginger garlic paste 2tsp

Directions

  • Take hard boiled eggs and cut it into halves.
  • Take out the yolks out of it.
  • Now boil some potatoes and smash it nicely.
  • Take a pan heat some oil and in it add chopped onions and fry it
  • Now add some ginger garlic paste and fry it nicely.
  • When it is cooked nicely add the spices.
  • Turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, mint leaves, coriander leaves and salt.
  • Mix all the ingredients nicely.
  • Now squeeze out half the lemon. Add the egg yolks to it.
  • Give it a nice mix.
  • Cool out the mixture.
  • Now take half egg and cover it with the mixture.
  • Dip it in the corn flour mixture and roll it in bread crumbs.
  • Keep it in refrigerator for 5 mins.
  • Now fry it nicely golden brown.
  • Enjoy with mint chutney.
