Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Hard boiled eggs 4

  • Potatoes 3

  • Chopped onions 1

  • Chopped coriander 1/2cup

  • Chopped mint leaves 1/4th cup

  • Turmeric 1tsp

  • Coriander powder 2tsp

  • Cumin powder 2tsp

  • Lemon 1/2

  • Corn flour 2tbsp

  • Chickpeas flour 2tbsp

  • Bread crumbs 2 cups

  • Ginger garlic paste 2tsp

Directions

    Take hard boiled eggs and cut it into halves.

    Take out the yolks out of it.

  • 03

    Now boil some potatoes and smash it nicely.

    Take a pan heat some oil and in it add chopped onions and fry it

    Now add some ginger garlic paste and fry it nicely.

    When it is cooked nicely add the spices.

    Turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, mint leaves, coriander leaves and salt.

    Mix all the ingredients nicely.

    Now squeeze out half the lemon. Add the egg yolks to it.

    Give it a nice mix.

    Cool out the mixture.

    Now take half egg and cover it with the mixture.

    Dip it in the corn flour mixture and roll it in bread crumbs.

    Keep it in refrigerator for 5 mins.

    Now fry it nicely golden brown.

    Enjoy with mint chutney.
