Ingredients

  • Paneer 150 gm


  • Cashew nuts 50 gm


  • Sesame seeds 1 tbs


  • Caramagaja 3 tbs


  • Ginger paste 1/2 tbs


  • Sugar 3 tbs


  • Salt 1 tbs


  • Green chillies 1/2 tbs


  • Ghee. 1/2 tbs cardamom 3 cinnamon 1


  • Beet root 1 (paste)

Directions

  • Take a pan add oil add paneer.
  • Lightly fried it.
  • Remove it.
  • Add cardamom, cinnamon stir it.Addchshew,sesame and caramagaja seeds paste.
  • Add salt ,sugar.
  • Cover it for 8 minutes.
  • It's cooked.
  • Take a bowl add flour and 1 pinch salt and beet root paste.
  • Make a soft dough.
  • With the help of ball pin make a roti.
  • Take a tawa add roti.
  • Add oil fried it.
  • Paratha is ready
  • Take a palte keep it beet root paratha add cashew paneer .
  • Roll it, lower portion roll it foil paper.
  • Chillie and tomato sauce seeve hot Beet Root Roll stuffed with Cashew Paneer.
