  • 4 bread made of multigrain flour Ingredients for gram flour cheela : - 1 cup gram flour Salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon ajwain 1/2 cup spinach cooked pest 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste For frying oil chill 1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves 1 onion became powdered Material for vegg keema: - 1 cup soy granules boiled 1 cup cottage cheese 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon red chili powder 1 tsp Garam Masala 1 onion finely chopped 1 cup mix chopped vegetables (peas, carrots, capsicum cabbage) 1 teaspoon garlic finely chopped 1 teaspoon ginger finely choppe 1 tomato finely chopped Salt to taste

    Method :-  Cheela recipe  1- At first, put the ginger garlic paste mixed with salt, ajwain , asafoetida powder in the gram flour, add some water to the solution (the solution is not too thin or thick) 2 - Grease the pan with oil and keep the rounds of round shape from the spoon to keep the flame in the middle. 3- Put oil around and turn pink 4- Prepare the slice of all solution Method of making veggie keema :- 1-  Heat oil in pan, add cumin seeds 2- Now add ginger and garlic and fry it 3- Fry onion and light pink 4- Now add salt, chili, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder and mix it 5- Put tomato and fry well, add mix vegetables and fry them lightly. 6- Mix boiled soy granules and paneer and mix well 7- keep flame in the low and fry for 2 to 3 minutes 8- viggi keema is ready  Now the method of making the roll: -  Keep a light butter or ghee cooked bread in the pan and keep it low flame Keep chill above it, keep keema also above it and keep aside and sprinkle the sauce, chopped onions, leaf cabbage and roll.
